VMI_CMD_BITBLT - Syntax

Description: 

VMI_CMD_BITBLT is called to blit a rectangle or series of rectangles to or 
from the video display. VMAN passes this command directly to the GRADD 
chain identified by the GRADD ID provided by the caller.
