GHI_CMD_TEXT - Remarks

To enable and define the type of support for GHI_CMD_TEXT, the following 
flags should be set in the ulCFlags member of CAPSINFO: 

   TEXTBLT_DOWNLOADABLE       Indicates downloadable fonts.
   TEXTBLT_CLIPABLE           Indicates clipable fonts.
