PMIREQUEST_LOADPMIFILE - Remarks

If the .PMI file is successfully loaded, the Adapter field in 
VIDEO_ADAPTER will be filled with the information from the .PMI file. 

If pOut is not NULL, *pOut is set to TRUE if the .PMI file is already 
loaded; FALSE, otherwise. Refer to ADAPTERINFO and VIDEO_ADAPTER data 
structures in Data Types for format and syntax information.
