PMIREQUEST_QUERYMAXMODELISTSIZE - Remarks

Not all modes have a command list. Modes whose [SetMode] sections have no 
PMI sequence commands have no hardware command lists. 

The hardware state of such modes can neither be saved nor restored by 
VIDEOPMI, but can be saved by a META-PMI handler provided by the vendor.
