This list is mostly dead. Though, it might be a good idea to post some news here. The project is more or less alive. There is a web site,
http://osfree.ru, irc channel #osFree @ EFNet, svn repository @ sourceforge. We could try reviving the list, if there is an interest. Or, the new list could be created @ lists.sourceforge.net
